Driver RideDeli app for iPhone and iPad

RideDeli provider app is for Driver and service provider of internal pick deli team. Location is tracked of provider to provide them the task according to their location.
When the driver login to the app on the first screen it ask for driver permission for location. I have already uploaded the screenshot of it below so please approve

Note :
The app doesnt collecting user data, we removed App tracking usage description but unable to remove app privacy data , given error "update your app binary and upload a new build to App Store Connect".

I have removed App tracking Transparency from my latest build (version 1.0 Build 2).
But I’m unable to update / remove the data items (Contact details , location ) from app privacy section. ( I already mentioned in note section).
The same problem, many Apple developers faced earlier and explained in a way the review team helped for release.
The problem is the app privacy section not taking alert from latest build submission instead older builds.

Seems bug in the Apple side, after we submitted new build with removed app tracking framework , it’s not reflecting in AppStore connect, please understand the situation and do the needful asap. This build should be launched 15 days before and its keep rejected from Apple side even though it’s a bug from Apple side. Please help us to release the app at earliest and we sure that we removed app tracking framework in the new build, thanks for the understanding.
